1. Digital Products and Final Sales

All courses and educational products offered by She’s Beauty Academy are digital products.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

Due to the digital nature of our educational content and the immediate availability of course materials following enrollment, all purchases are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not provide refunds for changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, failure to complete a course, or dissatisfaction based solely on personal preferences.

2. Internet Connection and Device Requirements

Students are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection, a compatible device, and the necessary technical capabilities to access and stream course videos.

She’s Beauty Academy is not responsible for interruptions or inability to access course content caused by circumstances outside our control, including:

• Slow, unstable, or unavailable internet service.

• Personal device malfunctions or incompatibility.

• Outdated browsers, software, or operating systems.

• Insufficient device storage or performance.

• Personal technical difficulties unrelated to our course platform.

These circumstances do not qualify for a refund, except where required by applicable law.

If a student experiences a technical issue caused by our course platform or content delivery, we encourage them to contact us so we can investigate and assist. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Course Access

Each course purchase includes six (6) months of access, beginning on the date of enrollment or purchase, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Students are responsible for completing their lessons within the designated access period. Unused access time does not qualify for a refund or automatic extension.

4. Personal Use and Copyright Protection

All course videos, demonstrations, educational materials, and related content are the intellectual property of She’s Beauty Academy or its respective rights holders.

Enrollment grants one student a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the purchased course.

Students may not share login credentials, record or download videos without authorization, redistribute course materials, resell content, or provide unauthorized access to another individual.

Unauthorized use may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable law.

5. Educational Results

Our courses are intended to provide professional hairstyling education and demonstrate techniques developed through practical experience.

Individual results may vary depending on a student's experience, practice, equipment, and application of the techniques taught.

She’s Beauty Academy does not guarantee specific professional results, employment opportunities, or income.
